Become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson: The Texas Real Estate Commission requires 210 classroom hours of instruction to apply for a license. If you have taken college courses, many times they can be used towards as many as 60 of the required classroom hours (equivalent to four semester hours). See TREC’s website for more information.
If TREC accepts your education documents, our 150 hour package will satisfy the rest of your requirements. If not, you can still easily satisfy your education requirements by taking our full 210 hour package.

Fingerprints Requirement: Salespersons applying or renewing must now provide fingerprints. Read about it and get your FAST Fingerprint Pass from the TREC website
