Become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson: TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) has begun to require that all real estate agents must take 210 hours of either online or in classroom instruction hours in order to comply with regulation for a real estate license in the state of Texas.

If college courses have already been taken, in most cases, these are able to be used toward up to 60 of the necessary credit hours (which are equivalent to 4 semester hours of classroom credit). If you have questions, see TREC’s website for more information.

Assuming TREC accepts your course documents, the 150 hour package course we offer will satisfy the rest of your remaining requirements. If not, you can still satisfy the necessary requirements by taking our full 210 hour package.
