Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) is requiring that all real estate salespersons must take 210 hours instruction hours in order to comply with regulation for a real estate license in the state of Texas. These classes may be taken either online or in a classroom.

Our complete Pre-Licensing packages includes all necessary courses to qualify to take the Real Estate Salesperson state exam.

Fingerprints Requirement: Any person applying for or renewing a broker, salesperson or easement or right-of-way license must provide their fingerprints, in a specified format, so that an FBI criminal history check can be performed..
